Reveal moments engineered for cameras

Media launches, dealer previews and public drops — designed around the ten seconds everyone will film.

Product reveal on stage under spotlights with confetti

The launch is a story with one hero

Everything at a launch event exists to serve the product: the arrival experience builds anticipation, the programme clears the stage, and the reveal is choreographed so every phone in the room captures the same perfect frame. We storyboard that moment first, then design the event backwards from it.

Around the theatre sits the machinery — media invitations and RSVPs, influencer briefings, embargo management, demo stations that survive a thousand hands, and a press kit that lands before the first story is filed.

Common Questions

Product launch FAQs

How long does a launch event take to plan?

Eight to twelve weeks is comfortable for a full media launch. We have delivered in four when the product timeline demanded it — the trade-off is venue choice and custom fabrication scope.

Do you manage influencers as well as press?

Yes. We handle selection, briefing, content requirements, arrival scheduling and on-site content support, keeping influencer and editorial tracks separate so both get what they need.

Can you keep the product secret until the reveal?

Confidentiality is standard practice: NDAs across crew and suppliers, sealed rehearsals, covered load-ins and staged access control. Several of our launches have survived to reveal day with zero leaks.

What if the product demo fails on stage?

We rehearse failure. Every live demo has a tested fallback — pre-recorded capture, backup units and a script bridge — so the audience never sees a scramble.

Do you support post-launch roadshows?

Frequently. The launch set is designed for modular reuse, letting the reveal travel to malls and dealer floors at a fraction of the original build cost.

Launching something soon?

Share the window — even under NDA. We will sign whatever your legal team sends and start on the reveal storyboard.
