We are producers, stylists, technicians and logistics nerds who believe Malaysian corporate events deserve better than a template.

Our Story

Built out of frustration with boring events

Dronepoint Events was founded in Kuala Lumpur in 2018 by two producers who had spent a decade watching good budgets produce forgettable evenings. The fix, we decided, was structural: put one senior producer in charge of everything, keep styling and show calling in-house, and never recycle a concept between clients.

Seven years on, that formula has carried us through more than 340 events — from board-level retreats in Langkawi to a 1,200-delegate summit beside KLCC. We have grown to 28 full-time specialists, but the rule hasn't changed: if it goes in front of your guests, someone on our payroll is accountable for it.

How We Work

Three promises we put in every contract

One accountable producer

You get a single senior point of contact from first call to post-event report. No hand-offs between departments, no "let me check with the team" black holes. Your producer signs the run sheet and stands beside you on the day.

Budgets you can read

Every quotation is a line-item document with supplier costs, our fees and contingency shown separately. If a number moves, you see why before it happens — and unspent contingency comes back to you.

Nothing off the shelf

Concepts are developed for your brief and retired after your event. Your gala will never appear in another client's ballroom, and your activation won't be a re-skin of last quarter's campaign.
