Before you brief us

How far in advance should we engage an event agency?

For conferences and gala dinners we recommend three to six months of lead time. Brand activations and launches can move faster, but venue availability in Kuala Lumpur tightens quickly during peak season, so earlier is always safer.

Do you manage events outside Kuala Lumpur?

Yes. Our core team is based in Bangsar, and we regularly deliver events in Penang, Johor Bahru, Kota Kinabalu and Langkawi with trusted local supplier networks in each city.

Can you work with our in-house marketing team?

Absolutely. Many clients keep creative direction in-house and bring us in for production, logistics and on-the-day management. We adapt our scope to fill the gaps rather than duplicate what you already do well.

What budgets do you typically work with?

Projects range from intimate consultancy engagements to multi-day conferences. We build transparent line-item budgets and agree fees before any commitment is made, so there are no surprises at invoice time.

Do you handle permits and venue licensing in Malaysia?

Yes. We manage local council permits, PDRM notifications where required, venue insurance and supplier compliance so your event meets Malaysian regulations without your team chasing paperwork.

What happens if an event needs to be postponed?

Every contract includes a postponement framework. We negotiate flexible terms with venues and suppliers up front, so date changes carry the smallest possible cost and your deposits stay protected.
