Activation FAQs

How do you measure activation success?

We agree metrics before design begins — footfall, samples distributed, sign-ups, social mentions or sales lift — then build the measurement mechanics into the activation itself and report daily.

Can you negotiate mall space on our behalf?

Yes. We maintain relationships with major Malaysian mall groups and handle space negotiation, licensing, insurance and fit-out approvals as part of the standard scope.

How fast can an activation go live?

A simple sampling activation can launch in three weeks. Custom-fabricated pavilions typically need five to eight weeks for design, mall approval and build. Tell us your date and we will tell you what is achievable.

Do you provide the brand ambassadors?

We recruit, train and manage ambassador teams in-house, including product training, grooming standards, scripts and daily supervision — no third-party staffing agencies involved.

What about collecting customer data at events?

All data capture mechanics are designed to comply with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act, with clear consent flows, and the data is handed to you in full at the end of the campaign.
