Fixed-fee packages for defined deliverables such as a budget audit, or day-rate and monthly retainers for ongoing advisory work. Every engagement starts with a written scope so there is no meter anxiety.
Will you work alongside another agency we've hired?
Yes, and it is more common than you might think. We act as the client-side expert reviewing the agency's plans and costs — professionally, without turf wars.
Can you train our internal events team?
We run practical workshops on run-sheet building, budgeting, supplier management and show calling, using your real upcoming event as the case study.
What if we decide mid-way we want full management?
Consultancy fees already paid are credited against the full-service fee, and your producer simply moves from the advisory seat to the driver's seat with no lost context.
Do you consult on events outside Malaysia?
We advise Malaysian clients on events in Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand regularly, drawing on regional supplier contacts and venue intelligence.
